Surah Al-Anfaal (The Spoils of War), ayah 21 of 75.
وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ سَمِعْنَا وَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
Be not as those who say, we hear, and they hear not.
