Surah Ar-Rahmaan (The Beneficent), ayah 9 of 78.
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof.
