Surah At-Tur (The Mount), ayah 35 of 49.
أَمْ خُلِقُوا۟ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَىْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ
Or were they created out of naught? Or are they the creators?
