Surah At-Tur (The Mount), ayah 32 of 49.
أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk?
