Surah Qaaf (The letter Qaaf), ayah 18 of 45.
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ
He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready.
