Surah Ad-Dukhaan (The Smoke), ayah 7 of 59.
رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye would be sure.
