Surah As-Sajda (The Prostration), ayah 18 of 30.
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ
Is he who is a believer like unto him who is an evil-liver? They are not alike.
