Quran 21:32
Surah Al-Anbiyaa (The Prophets), ayah 32 of 112.
وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ سَقْفًا مَّحْفُوظًا وَهُمْ عَنْ ءَايَٰتِهَا مُعْرِضُونَ
And we have made the sky a roof withheld (from them). Yet they turn away from its portents.
