Surah Al-Baqara (The Cow), ayah 12 of 286.
أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ
Are not they indeed the mischief-makers? But they perceive not.
