حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَنَّا لاَ، تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters (and the words of the Holy Prophet) are:" Sadaqa is not permissible for us."
