وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: { كَانَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ اَلرَّجُلَيْنِ مِنْ قَتْلَى أُحَدٍ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ, ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: "أَيُّهُمْ أَكْثَرُ أَخْذًا لِلْقُرْآنِ?", فَيُقَدِّمُهُ فِي اَللَّحْدِ, وَلَمْ يُغَسَّلُوا, وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 1 .

وَأَصْلُهُ عِنْدَ مُسْلِمٍ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ إِلَّا أَنَّ رَاوِيَهُ شَكَّ فِي رَفْعِه ِ 1 .
Muslim related a similar narration on the authority of Jabir, but it is most probably Mawquf.
Bulugh al-Maram · Book 13 · Hadith 1390
وَلِلْخَمْسَةِ. 1 فَقَالَ: { " إِنَّ اَللَّهَ لَا يَصْنَعُ بِشَقَاءِ أُخْتِكَ شَيْئاً, مُرْهَا: [ فَلْتَخْتَمِرْ ], وَلْتَرْكَبْ, وَلْتَصُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ" } 2 .
Ahmad and al-Arba'a have: He said, "Verily! Allah, the Most High, will not do anything with the affliction your sister imposes on herself. Command her to cover her head and to ride, and to fast three days."
Bulugh al-Maram · Book 14 · Hadith 1413
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بنِ اَلزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { قَضَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَنَّ اَلْخَصْمَيْنِ يَقْعُدَانِ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ اَلْحَاكِمِ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ 1 .
Narrated 'Abdullah bin az-Zubair (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ruled that the two opposing parties in a dispute should sit in front of the judge. [Reported by Abu Dawud. al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَزَادَ: { وَإِنَّهُ يَتَّقِي بِجَنَاحِهِ اَلَّذِي فِيهِ اَلدَّاءُ } 1 .
and Abu Da’ud who added: “It (the fly) protects itself with the diseased wing (by dipping it first in a drink).

وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { سَمِعْتُ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: "لَا تُغَالُوا فِي اَلْكَفَنِ, فَإِنَّهُ يُسْلُبُ سَرِيعًا" } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ 1 .
‘AIi (RAA) narrated, ‘l heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, “Do not be extravagant in shrouding (i.e. do not spend too much money on them) for it will decay quickly.” Related by Abu Dawud.

وَفِي اَلْبُخَارِيِّ: { أَنَّ عُمَرَ هُوَ اَلَّذِي وَقَّتَ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ } 1 .
Al-Bukhari reported that it was Umar, who specified Dhat 'Irq as the miqat (of those coming from Iraq).

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { اِسْتَفْتَى سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ - رضى الله عنه - رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فِي نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ, تُوُفِّيَتْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَقْضِيَهُ ? فَقَالَ: "اِقْضِهِ عَنْهَا" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .
Narrated Ibn Abbas (RA): Sa'd bin Ubada asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) for a ruling regarding a vow taken by his mother who had died before fulfilling it, and he said, "Fulfill it on her behalf." [Agreed upon].

عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ اَلْجُهَنِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { "أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ اَلشُّهَدَاءِ? اَلَّذِي يَأْتِي بِشَهَادَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 .
Narrated Zaid bin Khaled al-Juhani (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Shall I not inform you who is the best witness? He is the one who produces his testimony before he is asked for it." [Reported by Muslim].

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا ; أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ لَهَا: { لَوْ مُتِّ قَبْلِي فَغَسَّلْتُكِ } اَلْحَدِيثَ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ 1 .
A’ishah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to her, “If you die before me, I will wash you myself.” Related by Ahmad, Ibn Majah and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.
