Muhammad bin Suqa: I heard Mundhir at-Tuzi reporting Ibn Hanafiya who said,
"My father
sent me saying, 'Take this letter to `Uthman for it contains the orders of the Prophet (ﷺ) concerning the
Sadaqa.' "
