وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { "مَنْ حَلِفِ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اَللَّهُ, فَلَا حِنْثَ عَلَيْهِ" } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ 1‏ .‏ وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 2‏ .‏
