حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ بُسْرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ صَنَعَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامًا فَدَعَاهُ فَأَجَابَهُ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُمْ، وَارْحَمْهُمْ، وَبَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ
English translation
ʿAbdullāh ibn Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that his father prepared food for the Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ and invited him, and he accepted the invitation; and when he had finished eating, he supplicated, “O Allah, forgive them, have mercy on them, and bless what You have provided them.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 307
