Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them · What was narrated concerning lying down after Witr and after the two Rak’ah of Fajr

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، وَسُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ مَا كُنْتُ أُلْفِي - أَوْ أَلْقَى - النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ إِلاَّ وَهُوَ نَائِمٌ عِنْدِي . قَالَ وَكِيعٌ تَعْنِي بَعْدَ الْوِتْرِ .
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “I never used to see the Prophet (ﷺ) at the end of the night, except that he was sleeping near me.”
