Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them · What was narrated concerning the one who misses the two Rak’ah before Fajr Prayer when should he make them up?

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَيَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَامَ عَنْ رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ. فَقَضَاهُمَا بَعْدَ مَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ .
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) slept and missed the two Rak’ah before Fajr, so he made them up after the sun had risen.
